Information in the product

What you enter

Leakloom’s signup and workspace flows currently use the following account and service record fields:

Account and workspace
Creating an account asks for your name, email address, and password. A company workspace also has a company name.
Job records
The job CSV import maps a job number, customer name, project name, scheduled date, and status.
Invoice records
The invoice CSV import maps an invoice number, customer name, amount, and issue date.
Estimate and follow-up records
The estimate CSV import maps an estimate number, customer name, project name, amount, issue date, and status. The workspace can also hold a collected amount and follow-up draft text for an estimate.

What Leakloom does with records

How the information is used

Account details are used in the email-and-password account flow. Service records are added to the workspace so you can view jobs, invoices, and estimates there. Leakloom displays record summaries, including invoice totals, and supports reviewing estimates and saving follow-up draft text for an estimate.

How records get into your workspace

  1. 01

    Create an account

Sign up with your name, email address, and password, then create a company workspace.

  2. 02

    Choose a CSV import

The current importer supports jobs, invoices, and estimates. You map CSV columns to the fields shown for that record type.

  3. 03

    Review accepted rows

Leakloom checks mapped rows and adds valid records to the signed-in account’s workspace. Workspace record requests require a signed-in session and are scoped to that workspace.
